Wirklich überaus empfehlenswert. Super Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Sehr schöner Spa-Bereich, welchen wir fast ausschliesslich für uns alleine hatten. Das Personal ist sehr angenehm und hilfsbereit.

Sehr charmante und für uns total perfekte Unterkunft. Der Chef höchstpersönlich kam uns abholen und erkundigte sich öfters um unser Wohlergehen. Der Pool war perfekt für die Kinder. Einfach super.

ir würden wieder kommen.

Wir kennen das Hotel seit langem und waren bisher immer nur im Restaurant und Sauna von Extern. Diesmal haben wir übernachtet. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, der Wellnessbereich sehr schön gemacht. Die Zimmer (Standard) ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen und das Bett fanden wir nicht sooo bequem. Gegessen haben wir am Abend sehr gut, das Frühstück ist eher durchschnittlich. Wir würden alles in allem wieder kommen.

Ein sehr schönes Hotel mit toller Aussicht! Das Hotel wird liebevoll geführt und ist sehr gemütlich, man fühlt sich vom ersten Moment an wohl. Es hat ein ausgezeichnetes Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis; die Wellnessanlage bietet mehr, als man erwarten kann. Das Abendessen war vorzüglich gekocht. Der Hund war kein Problem.

Kurzaufenthalt im Schnee

Für uns hat alles gestimmt, von der Abholung mit dem Elektroauto bis zum Frühstück und dem zugewiesenen Parkplatz. Danke vielmals. Den Wellness bereich haben wir nicht genutzt, waren zu sehr mir Skifahren beschäftigt. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist reichhaltig und jeder kommt auf seine kosten. Die Zimmer entsprechen dem guten Eindruck des Hotels. Einzig eine Steckdose mehr wäre wünschenswert. Das ganze Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. An dieser Stelle ein grosses Danke an den Fahrer bei der Ankunft und Abreise, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Insgesamt ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt

The perfect stop off after walking the Europaweg

Spent 2 nights here after completing the Europaweg. The hotel is easy to find on completion of the route because you walk past it on your way to the centre of Graechen. The pool and jacuzzi were a welcome benefit of staying here. The jacuzzi operates on a token system and we were given 3 tokens at check-in. Each token lasted 3 minutes. There is a sauna and steam room, which is free to use as part of the spa facilities, but the signs state that clothes are not to be worn, so keep that in mind if that's something which will bother you. It is less than a 10 minute walk into the centre of Graechen to reach shops and other restaurants. Included in the stay was a return trip up the Hannigalp gondola to reach the various hiking routes.

Gerne wieder!

Wir haben vor einer mehrtägigen Hochtour hier einen sehr entspannten Tag verbracht. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hat uns beim Einchecken ein Upgrade gegeben. Das Abendessen war sehr gut und preislich fair. Wir kamen allerdings zur Hauptzeit an, und hatten das Abenessen nicht vorbestellt, so mussten wir etwas länger warten. Ist aber OK. Der Spa-Bereich ist neu und sehr hochwertig. Die Zimmer sind in Ordung - sehr guter Zustand und alles sehr sauber. Hat mir sehr gut gefallen, ich freue mich schon auf den nächsten Besuch, vielleicht auch mit Familie!

Great Family Owned/Operated Hotel

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Hotel and staff were superb. Food was outstanding, including the extensive breakfast buffet. New spa was opened in December 2014 and was an unexpected surprise ... excellent! Area was beautiful and offered many options. Two things that are worth mentioning but did not detract from our experience: 1. the rooms don't have a/c. Not a big deal since the windows open and we had cool nights but if it had been warm, it could have been an issue since we like it to be quite cool when we sleep. 2. Grachen doesn't allow vehicles so you park your car several blocks from the hotel and the only shuttle is for arrivals and departures. Again, not an issue but worth mentioning, possibly for the benefit of others. Definitely consider this hotel if you are in the area!! You won't be sorry!
