It is not the name of the building. There are additional house rules not listed in the ad. The host did not have my reservation when I arrived which cost me alot of time, stress and money to resolve. 「The Modernistas hotel is a true gem. We're an American couple who were staying in Rio for one evening. The hotel is small, adorable, unique, and in a terrific area, with plenty of bars, restaurants, and clubs within walking distance. It's also only a short cab ride to famous Rio destinations, including Ipanema, Christ the Redeemer, Sugar Loaf, etc. Do keep in mind that this is a very unique establishment and won't be a good fit for some travelers. He provided a lot of info about the area, such as the botanical garden, the mall and the restaurants etc. The hot water shower was the best I had during my trip in Brazil. De fato o prédio não é moderno, é um pouco antigo mas tudo funciona normalmente, a equipe do local é muito atenciosa, solicita e educada.」
