Spacious with lots natural lighting and two outdoor decks. Each room has at least one window. Second floor living room has a vault ceiling with two skylights windows. The place has two formal living with wood burning fireplaces giving lots of common spaces to congregate with your guests.
Gated community. You will get access through security gate. The place has a circular driveway capable of up to 6 cars storage. No street parking.
The house is equipped with the two split ductless AC systems. It has remote control and a thermostat on the main floors and each bedroom for your convenience.
