Welcome to the Schneider family's holiday flat 2 - your time-out in Görlitz.
Our quiet and comfortably furnished holiday flat is located on the first floor of a well-kept house in the Rauschwalde/Südstadt district of Görlitz. With a living space of around 65 square metres, it offers space for up to three people and is ideal for couples, small families or business travellers. The location combines relaxation with proximity to the city: Görlitz's historic old town can be reached in around ten minutes by bus or in around thirty minutes on foot.
The flat is bright, thoughtfully furnished and equipped for everyday use. Two separate bedrooms ensure privacy and a restful night's sleep. The larger bedroom has a double bed measuring 180 x 200 centimetres, while the smaller bedroom has a single bed measuring 90 x 200 centimetres. The living area invites you to relax with a comfortable leather sofa and a flat-screen TV. From here, you have direct access to the covered terrace with a view of the greenery - a quiet place for breakfast in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening.
The kitchen is fully equipped and has everything you need for self-catering: an oven, microwave, coffee machine and plenty of crockery and cooking utensils. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, shower, WC and a washing machine. The flat is a non-smoking flat. Smoking is only permitted on the terrace. Pets are not allowed, which makes the flat particularly attractive for allergy sufferers.
A free car parking space is available on the property during your stay. There is also a public car park directly in front of the house. For those travelling by bike, there is a covered bicycle stand directly at the house. Please note that e-bikes, tandems or recumbent bikes cannot be accommodated due to space restrictions. Charging e-vehicles is not permitted on the property for safety reasons. We kindly ask you to register your bicycles in advance or at the latest before arrival.
