「Great stay. The host was great. All that was needed was left for kitchen and bathroom. Lots of towels luckily because we needed them for the hot tub too. The only issue we had was the TV did not work and we did miss a great game but we had card and board games and made do. The town was cute and had a lot of good dining options. 「The house has real potential, but also has real problems. It needs some maintenance in a major way. The toilet won’t flush. The faucet in the bathtub fell off. The grill had not been cleaned in so long that it broke out into a fire. When communicated these problems with the host, the response was I’m sorry for the inconvenience. We will have our handyman fix it after you leave. Frankly, I wanted it fixed while we were there. They also did not provide the necessary materials for cleaning dishes....

「The property was as listed. All the amenities were wonderful. The cabin felt nice and isolated from other houses but close enough to town and the Cacapon park. Tony was a wonderful, and responsive host. I would highly recommend this stay to anyone wanting to celebrate a quiet birthday in nature. 」

「We were very dissapointed. From the outside, the screened in porch needs repaired, holes everywhere, leaves and old cobwebs had not been swept out, chairs were filthy. Hot tub was dirty with dirt/sand in the bottom of it so we didnt get to use it. From the inside, kitchen counter looked clean until we wiped it off, stove and microwave were greasy. 「The cabin and the location were excellent and we had such a good time! Quick responses and attentiveness from the host, no issues, generally. Some cleanliness issues, but hopefully they'll be squared away for an upcoming stay! Definitely recommend the cabin.」
