「We absolutely loved this property! We came up for a wedding in the area thinking we would have more time to enjoy it. So we will definitely have to come back! Charles was amazing! He checked on us frequently making sure we didnt need anything. We finally had some free time Monday morning si he took us out on his boat and gave us a tour of the lake. We so enjoyed it. I cannot wait till we can come back!」

「Decent stay. The view was nice. The trash cans were full when we arrived. Floor had not been mopped or swept.」

「Beautiful property! Nice we were able to bring our dog:) Had a problem and the owners were very helpful in trying to getting the problem looked at.」

「Wonderful property. Very nice home and host.」

「Property seemed well cared for. It was located in very close to historic markers, grocery stores and downtown area. Rooms were spacious. Kitchen had what was needed for a short stay. The AC units worked well, but leaked forming puddles. Host provided personal number at check in for immediate contact of needed.」

「Everything was great. Facility was clean and ready when we arrived. Will use again when back in town. 」

「Wonderful house! Enjoyed our stay. House was perfect for our weekend trip to help our daughter move to different townhouse at Tarleton. Will definitely book again. The backyard was perfect after a long day of moving. And the snacks were much appreciated after our journey! Thank you!」

「Everything was lovely in this well kept house. Neighbors were quiet. The big 1913 brick home across the street. Magnificent to look at. Lida’s 1 block was nice food. I really loved the curtains. Art on the wall in the form of a curtain. The old wooden floors are so awesome to walk barefoot on but the area rugs were too. Beds were comfy. Ceiling fans and personal tv’s. I love how you kept the old and updated to modern bathrooms. Thank you for the lovely stay. I would like to stay here again....

「The house was clean. Beds were comphy. Loved that all bedrooms had easy access tv’s and fans. The outside yard overall in appearance could be spiffed up a bit. Overall. It was fine. Neighborhood was quiet on a Sunday night. 」

「walking distance to all the shops downtown. Lovely property.」

「tiny homes are new to me so I didn't know what to expect. We wanted to go someplace out of the metroplex to see the stars on a moonless night. The interior was attractive, efficient and kitchen was well stocked with the basics. Beds were comfortable. Everything was arranged so we didn't have to step around furniture. There was a fire pit outside with four chairs. The drive up the gravel road presented no problems. We saw roadrunners and jackrabbits and a lot of hawks and buzzards. ...

「Great house for out visit to Stephenville.」

Close to downtown and loop shops and restaurants without the traffic and noise, Tarleton College is also nearby.Delaney is a wonderful host. Very responsive to my questions. Easy check in and check out process too. We’ve stayed here before and when we come back to Stephenville, we will stay here again if it’s available.」
