「Nice stay for a quick getaway」

「This is our go-to place for our annual family get-together, and has become dear to us for its familiarity and the happy memories we've made here. It has pretty much any amenity you could hope for and it's right on the water. The cost is competitive with other places on PK; we can afford this place. Plenty of sleeping quarters, kitchen facilities, games, outdoor patio for cooking and hanging out, canoe, kayak, ping-pong...you name it. Large television which we never turned on because we were busy...

「We love The Cozy Cajun Cottage - with Arcade. The home is very quaint, cozy and clean. The A/C works great and the beds are comfy. The Host Amy is so nice and easy to work with. This was our 2nd time staying here and we will be back! 」

「This property is one cottage of many. We stayed in Cordelia which was in the very back of the property. Though it is a cottage community, privacy was not lacking. Perfect spot for a needed getaway.」

「We stayed in ‘Alice’ and it was just fine for 2! It is small but quaint and very clean!! Location is away from any Stephenville traffic - easy to get to! Will be back! Owners communicated quickly prior to our stay. I think this place will be very popular!」

「We decided to rent one of these little cabins instead of paying the high priced hotels which they raise the prices. Because the local hotels get updates from the college on key events are going to happen.. we used to stay in the hotel in that area but moving forward, we will not we would rather give somebody that’s hard-working money. The process was perfect from the minute we booked and the communication was exceptional. Our host was very informative.」

「Visited for UTA/Tarleton baseball series- this was a convenient location and far more reasonable than the local hotels! Super clean, provided coffee and creamer, the build out was wonderful- AC worked great. I would DEFINITELY stay here again!! Fun experience! 」
