"The toilet in my room kept running and eventually stopped flushing. I first tried calling the front desk, but no one answered for about 15 minutes, so I went downstairs in person. The male staff member on duty came to the room and fixed the toilet, but he did not say a single word throughout the interaction and appeared visibly annoyed. After fixing it, he left the room without saying anything. I found this very uncomfortable and disappointing. The problem was not caused by me, and I do not understand why I was made to feel as though I was inconveniencing him by asking for help. This was especially unfortunate because the daytime front desk staff had been very friendly and helpful. This particular interaction left a very negative impression."
