良かった点 : 清潔度、施設のコンディションと設備

古いホテルでしたけどきれいにされていて周りに豪華なホテルがたくさんありますがこちらのホテルに泊まれてよかったなぁと思いました。ただバスタブがあったのですが排水の仕方がわからずで使えず、、、。チェックイン後にとくに館内の案内もなかったのでサービスとしてはいまいちかなという印象です。ただペテロナスツインターにも徒歩圏内なのでとても便利に観光できました！

施設は若干古い感じでしたが、清潔感はあります。屋根あり遊歩道へ直接アクセスできるので便利。大きなホテルですが、プールがなかったです。夕方にフロントでピアノの生演奏があるのは素敵でした。

チェックインのトラブル以外は概ね良い宿！

午前中に到着し、荷物を預かって頂けました。チェックインは14時以降と言われ、15時頃にホテルに戻りましたが、部屋の準備ができていないとのことで、2時間近く待たされました。クラブフロア予約していたのでクラブラウンジでコーヒーを飲みながら待ちましたが、他にも待たされている客で混雑、混乱していました。スタッフはフレンドリーですが、とにかくマイペースでした。部屋やお手洗いは清潔で良かったです。ラウンジで飲み物や食べ物をいつでも頂けるので、お茶代がかからなかったです。部屋からはツインタワーが少しだけ見えました。大晦日の宿泊でしたが、カウントダウンの花火は目の前のホテルで隠れてしまい見えませんでした。

出張で5回目の宿泊。アクセスが良いので同行者がいる場合はここに。いつもはたぶん普通のグレードの部屋の予約をとっており、そのときはとても建屋が古い印象。マレーシアのほかのホテルではタクシーを時間借りするサービスを引き受けてくれるが、ここはできない。また、フロントで日本円の両替できず、隣の商業施設でお願いすることになる。今回、部屋がアップグレードされ、初めて高いグレードの部屋に通してもらった

ロケーションの良いホテル

建物はちょっと古さを感じたものの、ロケーションは最高に良かったです。徒歩圏内にペトロナスツインタワーやパビリオン、ブキッビンタンがあり、無料バスが停まるバス停も近かったです。朝食ブッフェのカレーは日替わりでしたがすごく美味しかったです！！また15Fのバーも利用しましたが夜景が最高でした。

15:00に部屋に戻ったらベッドメイキングされていなくて、シャワーを浴びたかったのでスタッフに1時間後に掃除してくれるよう頼みました。1時間後出掛ける際スタッフにもう一度声をかけて外出しました。夜10:00すぎに部屋に戻ると掃除が全くされていない状態でした。フロントに苦情を言いすぐに部屋を変えてくれるよう言いました。夜10:30にやっと新たな部屋に案内されました。ホテル側の態度も謝る気もない様子で非常に不快な思いをしました。二度とこのホテルには泊まりたくないです。

クラブルームが良かったです。

2018年12月31日より2泊３日にて、夫婦➕小学1年生の息子でクラブルームを予約しましたが、大正解でした。こちらに滞在するなら、クラブルームをおすすめします。チェックイン時間よりやや早めの13時過ぎに到着しましたが、お部屋の用意ができるまでクラブルームでのんびりティータイムを過ごしました。ツインタワーもバッチリ見えます。近くにカフェ、コンビニがないのでクラブルームかなり助かりました。 2018-2019カウントダウン花火は、部屋から少しだけ見えました。子供が眠たい時間帯でしたので、外出しないで部屋から花火を堪能しました。だいたいの方は、外やインピアナホテルのプールに出て観てましたが。朝食、カクテルタイムも美味しく頂きました。お酒は少ないかな？と感じましたが乾杯して数杯嗜むには充分かな、と。 KLCCスリアモール、ISETANまで屋根有りの通路を歩いて10分でした。また、ブキビッタン方面にも屋根有り通路で10分程度。かなり便利なロケーションでした。お部屋は、少々年季を感じましたが広さは充分です。クラブルームがかなり綺麗なので、全体的には良かったです。
