"Rented the property for a week long family reunion. The check-in as well as the check-out went very well. What really stands out about the property is the city view from the foothills of the Sandia mountains. Plenty of hot air balloons getting ready for Balloon Festival in about a week or so. Parking is somewhat limited if family all drive their own cars. All in all, it was a great choice for our family for the week and I strongly recommend this rental."

"The house was emblematic of the town of Madrid. Charming, artful, and gypsy fun with a great kitchen. The queen bed I slept in was very comfortable. Plenty of deck space and a easy place to hang out. There are two restaurants in a coffee shop just down five minutes down the road, and a great little country store right across the street. You are on the main road, the Turquoise Highway, but in the evening was quite nice. The host, John who is the owner, was very responsive."

"We had a wonderful stay! The location was incredibly convenient, with easy access to Tramway and Paseo, which made getting around Albuquerque a breeze. We also really appreciated that the home was pet-friendly, so our Frenchie was able to stay with us.The swim spa and hot tub were such a great added bonus and made the stay feel extra special. The home itself was comfortable, accommodating, and had everything we needed. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it!"
