  • A comfortable, family friendly and newly renovated basement suite in the heart of Golden. We’re close to parks, walking paths, rotary trails, swimming pool, restaurants, grocery stores, and other local amenities. It’s a convenient home base surrounded by beautiful Mountain Ash trees for exploring the area.

    Come relax, explore Golden, and make yourself at home at Ash Haven.

    The space
    The suite includes a full kitchen, dining area, living room, two bedrooms, a bathroom, laundry facilities, and two small workspaces including a printer. Living room is equipped with a Roku TV & a comfortable couch that extends back for more comfortable lounging. Kitchen is equipped with everything you may need to cook meals or make hot/cold drinks. Large windows bring in a lot of natural light and warmth. Bathroom has a bathtub to relax in after a long day of adventure. Guests also have access to the backyard trampoline for kids.

    Access to the suite is conviniently located right from the driveway. A paver path will lead you to the door. Code for the keypad will be shared prior to arrival.

    Other things to note
    Ash Haven is a basement suite located right beneath our family home. We’re a lively family of four with two energetic young boys. While we do our absolute best to keep things peaceful and respect your quiet time, you might occasionally hear the happy pitter-patter of little feet during the day!
