「There wasn’t a ‘welcome’ per se but everything went quite smoothly. We were able to locate and enter the suite easily with the instructions given. 」

「The check-in instructions were not given after the check-in time. Sent message thru Expedia to the host and never got response. I had to search the property management company and called their number. I wasn’t sure if it’s Expedia’s problem or the host. The place was clean and comfortable. The outdoor equipment storage and boots/gloves driers were bonus for snowboarding trip. The only two things I didn’t like were 1) the poor water quality of the condo.
