"We were told the owners of our room decided to stay, so we were sent across town. Absolutely unacceptable. Will not use Hotels or ever attempt to stay here again.
A room booked weeks ahead on your website should be honored. The owners should not be allowed to do that to paying guests. "
"Clean and spacious room but walls are kinda thin because you can hear noise from outside. Refrigerator is noisy. Bathroom would be nicer if there’s more counter space. Otherwise, the property was nicely updated and has great amenities. Indoor pool was okay but kind of small. Outdoor pool features waterfall. Friendly staff. Quick check-in and check-out. "
"The BEST thing about the Lodge of the Ozarks is the proximity to everything around Branson. Literally several of the attractions are within walking distance. Staff was mostly courteous and welcoming. The room and bathroom were all adequate size for our needs.
Sadly we had a few complaints with the first one being the bed, the bed cover provided was paper thin (just a slightly thicker bed sheet). We had to ask for a second blanket which they provided, but you would think a hotel would provide a modestly plush comforter, unfortunately not. Second the TV was an adequate size but it was so old you could not log into your Netflix/steaming service of your choice to watch anything other than limited cable channels. The "Free" breakfast was very average and nothing to write home about, limited or standard choices...I guess it is "free" so you get what you pay for. And finally the plugins available in your room are barely adequate. Why more hotels just don't give you a bank of USB or a/c plugins to power all your devices doesn't make sense. Lastly the parking...if you don't get your parking space settled before 7 PM you will be parking in the back. This is difficult as many go to see shows at night. Not sure if others are using the parking that are not staying there but we could not believe how quickly it filled up. It is definitely not the best hotel we have ever been in but if you have a short stay in Branson it will work...an extended stay like ours, not so much."

"The room was dusted, and floors hadn't been vacuum ever. Had a dirty odor. Iron not working. Notified staff 3 times, didn’t get one. We had to wear wrinkled clothes the whole time there. Bathroom mirror you could write your name one it from glass had so much scum on it. I will neved spend 871.00 to stay in a place for 3 nights and it was a a dirty MESSY! I wish I could get my money back. I have stayed here 3 times over the last 5 or 6 yrs and it was the best. Never again would I stay here nor recommend anyone to this place. 😕

"The pictures look better than the reality of the hotel. The location was great, lots of stuff to do within walking distance. The staff was nice and accommodating but the rooms picked up a lot of outside noise. Additionally, I would advise against using the hot tub because it gave everyone in my family (including my two children) full body rashes that have yet to clear up. After experiencing it, I did a deep dive in reviews and confirmed several others had reported the same problem which is very gross and unsettling. "
