「Ricardo’s place was perfect for our needs! A small, clean and cozy place, not far from our daytime destination, the apartment offers all the basics - kitchenette, nice bathroom and modern shower, a comfy Queen Size bed, and even some snacks and essentials for a comfortable stay. The area has some restraunts and bars nearby too, though we were happy to stay in and watch some Netflix. I would highly recommend this apartment to a friend, and Ricardo has been a pleasure. 「Staff was wonderful and helpful. Had a quiet comfortable room overlooking the courtyard. I requested a microwave which they brought up and came in handy to heat up leftovers from dining out. There are signs posted regarding quiet time hours which was appreciated. It's convenient to I95 via the connector and the Merritt Pkwy, a must if you fly into Westchester airport. Would highly recommend.」

「I had pre-paid and had a zero dollar receipt at checkout, but my credit card was charged. Later, when I emailed them about the double charge, the charge was reversed, but I never received any response.」

「My stay was comfortable for an over night stay after family celebration. I would definitely use this unit again if I travel without a senior person. My suggestion is to clearly identify the unit regarding the stair climbing for prospective renters for the second and third floor. Thank you,」
