O banheiro do quarto em que fiquei hospedado (3° andar ,quarto 309 ) , simplesmente o banheiro estava alagado quando chegamos , não tem pra onde a água escorrer . Então deixaram um pano enxarcado de água no meio do banheiro. Quando tomamos banho,todo o quarto fica com o chão molhado. Os controles da TV estavam engordurado,embaixo tinha até marcas de gordura com cheiro de whisky, não limparam nem os controles . O primeiro atende do horário que chegamos ,talvez falte um pouco mais de simpatia. E o local é extremamente barulhento ( muitos carros e motos circulando ), não tem vigia ,e o estacionamento também não tem segurança

A estadia foi muito boa. Bom hotel, bem localizado em Anápolis, quarto bom , cama confortável, bom banheiro, condições de limpeza muito boas. Funcionários da recepção, camareiras e funcionários do restaurante atenciosos, muito bom atendimento. Café da manhã com boa variedade de produtos, só o café da garrafa que estava um pouco frio, talvez a garrafa não estava mantendo a temperatura. No geral, um bom hotel.

O hotel é muito bem localizado. Precisa melhorar muito para ser 3 estrelas. O quarto é bom. A roupa de cama razoável. Tem cofre no armario mas nao é usável. Algumas coisas podiam ser melhores. Nao tem nenhuma publicação ou folheto com informações do hotel. O humor dos funcionários deixa muito à desejar. O cafe da manhã é bem honesto. Só nao tem nenhum iogurte. As copeiras que servem no cafe da manhã não dão nem bom dia. A localizacao compensa. É um hotel velho. Mas bem cuidado seria um luxo. A edificação é linda. Ja hospedou muitas celebridades no passado. Tem um estacionamento ao lado. Gostaria de voltar mais vezes mas as instalações devem ser atualizadas. Especialmente o mobiliario e o ar condicionado.

O hotel estava localizado no centro da cidade, próximo ao shopping, com ruas estreitas e movimentas. Sobre o hotel, a rua faz bastante barulho, durante a noite é bastante barulho. O hotel não tem filtro de água para beber, o café da manhã não ofereceu suco de laranja natural, deixou um pouco a desejar. Quanto a garagem é rotativa com a farmácia local, pode ser que não consiga estacionar, as vagas são pequenas, cobertas e limitadas. Senti falta de recomendação de locais para comer. O hotel é de 5 andares, a higiene estava ok, o banheiro ok, a cama ok e possui frigobar. O cafe da manha é servido das 6h as 10h da manhã. Se você não é exigente, recomendo o hotel.

Atendimento ótimo

Fiquei apenas uma noite, mas fui muito bem atendido por todos os funcionários do hotel. Cheguei durante a madrugada e o pessoal da recepção me atendeu prontamente, abriram o portão da garagem e me acompanharam no estacionamento. Tudo funcionou perfeitamente. Possui café da manhã bem variado e tudo de boa qualidade. Fiquei satisfeito com a estadia.

Fiquei só um dia, mas deu para descansar . O café da manhã bom. Mas não me agradou estar tomando café e funcionário limpando o local . E tb me desagradou muito ter baratas no quarto em que fiquei. Deveriam cuidar mais da manutenção dos quartos e das roupas de cama e cobertores .

Chegando no hotel, fui informada de que nao havia reserva pois o site nao tinha feito. Ficamos um bom tempo na recepcao ate que tivessem quartos disponiveis. Pagamos mais caro do que o site oferecia. O hotel em si é bem bom. Um recepcionista doi cordial e conseguiu resolver, porem teve outro atendente super mal educado. Pedi travesseiros extras e ele me tratou super mal.
