「Alles super gewesen」

「I stayed a total of 4 nights at this hotel for work and leisure. The room was not soundproof and I could literally hear everything from outside, such as traffic and people. Additionally, the rooms and bathroom were in poor condition. You had to ask for cleaning, and even that was not always done. A huge disappointment!」

「Location seems not to far on the map from the main attractions in Istanbul but due to traffic often takes two hours to get there due to traffic. Staff were really good. Heidar, Omar and Ahmet and another one I have forgotten the name were really helpful and polite. The wifi is limited and only two people can use it and if you need more devices access wifi theyvask for more passports!!! So wifi limitations sucks」

「The hotel is situated near the Gülsuyu metro stop - literally half way between SAW airport and Kadikoy on the M2 line. Just take the exit 2 and walk up the block to hotel. The non smoking room I had was okay since I’m not sure which other rooms on the floor were smoking — because the smell of smoke was obvious in the hallways and could keep smelling smoke in room even with air/fan on. Not until the smokers went to bed at night could I stop smelling smoke. The bathroom was great and the...

「Very clean lobby, room and other facilities!」

「Very good breakfast, well worth the price and convenience since there are no breakfast places in the area. The staff is very friendly and service is great. Room was cleaned daily as requested but surfaces could have been cleaned more thoroughly. Overall, a pleasant experience.」

「I recommend it’s amazing there」

「Hotel was full of kids due to the tennis tournament which is perfectly fine, only the doors in the rooms are very heavy with no door closers and they bang so loud every time a person leaves the door free instead of holding it to close down slowly. You can imagine how many times these doors were banged as teens kept coming and going into each others rooms tens of times at times within half hour every afternoon and every night. Hotel also had NO policy displayed anywhere regarding tennis...
