We have just returned from a wonderful 4 night stay and we couldn't fault our stay. The breakfast offer was delicious and varied. The wonderful ladies who cleaned our room daily, even through we said they didnt need to. Coming back to a clean and friendly hotel was just what we needed after a day exploring Istanbul.

A superb stay

We stayed 2 nights to attend a concert, aee friends and so a little shopping. Location was perfect for the Stadium and shopping centres like Water Garden, Palladium a d even Metropole. Our room very spacious. Extra large bed and no noise between the rooms or corridor. Staff refreshingly friendly and active.

The staff was very welcoming and nice my only problem was that there was only one restaurant to dine in but that wasn’t a big issue since İstanbul isn’t a place to stay at the hotel you will stay out most of the day. First time in this hotel. Great views from the room, good breakfast, friendly staff. The computers intended for customer use were not working, which was of course disappointing. Good gym and swimming pool. The hotel is quite far from the center.

Everything was more than perfect , the property is very modern. Breakfast was more than perfect as well, and the room service food was 10/10 as well. All thanks to the manager of the restaurant Mr. Zulkuf. the staff were very friendly and made us feel like home, all thanks to Mr. Emrah for making this trip a very successful and enjoyable. Mr. Ibrahim at the reception was very welcoming too. Moreover, I highly recommend this hotel for business and relaxation purposes for being in a very quiet area next to a few malls. However it may not be very suitable for tourism purposes since its not close to metro stations. But that does not affect the quiet, safe environment and nice views this hotel brings.

No hot water or working phone in room first night. When I told them about it by going to the desk in the AM, the staff were smirking about it. Restaurant is a C+ if anything. This hotel is. Very far from European Istanbul (the old cultural center with shopping/ food, etc. 30 minute taxi ride there (2hours if traffic is bad).
