Next to the house there is a landscaped area with garden furniture and a barbecue. Pets are welcome. Kołczewo, located on Wolin Island, near lakes and forests, is an ideal place on the coast, great for people who want to relax from the noise of cities. There are many lakes in the area, and just to the south of the village there is a quite large lake with the same name as the village - Kołczewo. About two and a half kilometers to the north-east lies the vast Koprowo Lake. Right next to Lake Kołczewo, there is a water station in the summer, where you can rent a pedal boat, a boat or a kayak and enjoy active recreation by the water.
