「We stayed here one night while going on college tours. The hotel itself seems a little dark and rundown. The room was extremely clean and the beds were comforable. Head of housekeeping should be proud of her staff! Parking was easy and I felt safe because you have to use your room card to enter the building. Checking out took a little bit of time because the front desk worker was on her phone in the back. We went out for breakfast, so I cannot comment on how breakfast was.」

「Our first room had a strange odor and the bed sheet had a boot-tread stain on it. We requested and were given a new room, which was cleaner and didn’t smell. The heater/AC is inches from the bed and is loud.」

We did have a couple of issues with our room, which the front desk immediately took care of. The beds were very comfortable and the breakfast the following morning was excellent. We would stay here again!」

Fantastic room with modern and useful amenities. The structure of the original brick building with custom designs in each room. Quiet and cozy with beverages and snacks for guests. Five star restaurant across the street with many downtown eateries within walking distance. Perfect hotel to enjoy Wooster. 」
