"Very disappointing experience. The TVs are not connected to WiFi, which is a basic expectation for customers nowadays. Additionally, the room charges are comparable to 4+ star hotels, but the amenities and overall experience do not match that standard at all."

"Property is currently under renovations which we did not receive any warning about. We were on the 42 floor with a lovely view but the elevators are not functioning properly, so we had to walk 42 flights in order to leave the room. We missed breakfast due to waiting 45minutes for an elevator. Was woken up at 730 from drilling from renovations, the staff was extremely kind and understanding of the frustrations but I would definitely not have booked here and spent that much money on a room for that experience it was extremely not enjoyable "

"The property was overall a pleasant place to stay. The staff were friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better. One of the biggest advantages is the location—it’s conveniently near the Falls and within walking distance to several spots, making it easy to explore the area without needing transportation. The only downside was the breakfast. While it was decent, it mainly consisted of bread options. It would be a great improvement if they could include more variety, such as scrambled eggs and sausage, to make it more satisfying for guests. Overall, a good stay with a great location and kind staff—just a bit more variety in breakfast would make it even better."

"Main entrance was dirty with some garbage due to the severe wind of that day. Overall good location to get falls walking. "

"The good: The waterpark is great for younger kids and our 4-year-olds had a great time. The room was nicer than pictured, with the bunk bed area being truly separate from the double beds, and it was clean. We were able to check in early and check out slightly late. The bad: The whole area with the arcade/towel service/gift shop/restaurant (which you have to go through to reach the water park) seemed designed to test my patience. The staff were typically only present at one or two places, and we had to go looking for them to get service at another station. The space was outdated, and I estimate that 1/3 of the games were broken (no signs indicating such). Most of the games took tokens but some took loonies or toonies, which was confusing. The food at the cafe was bad and VERY expensive. No outside food or drink is allowed. I'm talking 11.50 for a SMALL cup of ice cream expensive. $20 for 6 chicken wings. The staff was slow and didn't really seem to know what was going on. The scary: Security. You don't need a key card to enter the building, by the way. I somehow lost my room card at the arcade, and a man seemed to follow me back to my room. I had the card reset and got a new one at the front desk. The front desk seemed concerned and said they'd review security footage, but I never heard back. Someone knocked on my door in the middle of the night, and again, staff promised they'd review security footage, but no one reached out. I was disappointed."
