Problems with hot water in room. Rooms basic but clean. Breakfast buffet basic but adequate. Hotel looks tired.
Staff very good, especially Niamh at reception.

What I liked: Very friendly and helpful staff, the free laundry room, huge breakfast (but pricey).
What I did not care for: too dark rooms with limited lighting, making it hard to see inside luggage, too dark halls, warm but not hot shower water, non-user friendly thermostat with no handy instructions, half-hearted toilet flushing, tricky TV streaming connections, not easy to use the stairs if one prefers to skip the very slow (1) elevator.

Quality hotel comfortable spacious rooms good value. Evening meal was excellent staff were very friendly and helpful. Great place to stay before taking morning ferry to Ireland
