"I didn't like the process for the five dollar parking fee. It just seemed complicated with scanning the QR code following the steps. It would've been a lot easier to pay cash or with the credit card. I found it annoying and tedious after driving all day. It's a good thing. The front desk clerk assisted me. The side of the bed seemed worn in. They need a new mattress for the room."

"The room itself was nice and clean. However our tv wasn’t working and we couldn’t watch anything. It was all static. Also, the rooms do not have an exhaust fan in the bathrooms. It’s a bit inconvenient when you’ve used the bathroom and would like to get rid of any smells or taking a shower and it’s gets quite steamy in there. Lastly, I don’t appreciate that there was a $10+ per night parking fee. It’s not a fenced , nor was is it a covered parking or a garage. And I didn’t see anyone patrolling. Breakfast was also a $15 per person charge. With how premium the hotel room prices were already, I find it a little disappointing that the hotel couldn’t offer complimentary bagels or cereal or fruit at the very least. They offered coffee in the lobby and stale popcorn. The 3 occasions I went to get coffee in the lobby, it was empty."

"This place was great! The decor in the room was super cute. Every space was clean. Very unique guitar shaped pool. Food and service were excellent! Was really neat seeing the planes fly right over the hotel close up. There was very little noise inside from it so that was a plus."

"I don’t normally write reviews, but I feel this one needs to be read. First, the staff were excellent. Everyone we interacted with was friendly, polite, and helpful. In my opinion, they were some of the best hotel staff I’ve encountered. Anything we needed, they handled quickly and professionally. Unfortunately, the room was a completely different story. This was by far the dirtiest hotel room I have ever stayed in. My wife, our three daughters (ages 2, 10, and 16), and I were on a family road trip. After spending 15 hours in the car, we arrived in Nashville late at night and checked in around 10 p.m. At that point, we were exhausted and just needed a place to shower and sleep. I seriously considered going back downstairs to complain, but I didn’t want to drag my family out of the room after such a long day. I did take a few pictures of what appeared to be black mold, stains on the sheets, and dirt on the headboard. The cleanliness of the room made us so uncomfortable that we ended up sleeping on top of the blankets. I have never stayed in a hotel room that made me feel that uneasy. I want to be clear that this review is not meant to be hateful. The staff were wonderful, and that deserves recognition. However, a dirty room is unacceptable and can easily make guests think twice about booking with this hotel again. I hope management takes these concerns seriously and addresses the cleanliness issues so future guests have a better experience."
