Ths was a lovely 3 night stay. The staff can not do enough to look out for you and the spot on the beach is just awesome. Beautifully kept room, lovey breakfasts and on the quieter side of the island but still only a 20 minute walk to a livelier spot. But that worked for me...

Our favorite Place!

We spent 4 nights on Gilli T, and we wish we had stayed here the whole time! Bali is so crazy busy with traffic and people-you literally spend 2 hours in the car to go a few miles. This island was so relaxing and quiet! The staff are lovely and the food is great! No TV in the room, so you can really unplug!

Över förväntan!

Helt fantastisk upplevelse, över våran förväntan. Super bra frukost och deras tacos var jättegoda. Servitörerna på stranden passade upp oss och var glada och trevliga. Rummer (1A) 2 vån och utsikt mot havet var fräscht och mysigt med stor balkong. Låg på lugna stranden och inget oväsen ochbparty. Mysig strand med kvällsbelysning, brasa och solnedgång. Skölpaddor rakt utanför stranden. Rekommenderar badskor vid lågvatten. Kommer tillbaka!

Perfect

they had a problem of double booking. when we got there at night, no room was available for us. Therefore we were organized to move to a nearby hotel, but that one was far from main street and there was a muddy path without light from main street to that hotel. It was inconvenient at night to go out for dinner.

はっきり言って、この宿泊代を出すなら、ほかのところえ、泊まることをすすめます、 部屋は、蚊が多くて、タオル以外何も、備え付けがなく、夜の食事でも、出るのが遅く、結局いろいろ注文しても最後にこれはありませんとのこと、隣のホテルに行きました、朝食も3島の中で1番悪いです、オナー、、マネジャーがヨーロッパの若い女性で、まだ、行き届いてない感じです

I had a wonderful 4 nights at Karma Kayak. The owners and staff were amazing. Murrielle, Suri and everyone at the resort could not do enough to ensure a pleasant and relaxed stay.

Paradise at the beach!

I could rave on and on about this place! My bungalow was in fantastic condition and very clean. Service was above and beyond. Bit of a walk to get there, 30 mins (unless you take a cidomo). Great food and drinks too! And best thing is that you can snorkel out about 10-15 metres and come across turtles and loads of fish!

Lovely little place with great staff

Beautiful hotel with great beach set up - tables, sunbeds and cushions everywhere. Food and drinks were good and all staff were lovely. Opposite side of the island to where the boat dropped us from Bali, but still OK to get to. Would stay here again if ever returning to Gili T.

Very nice hotel

I stay in this hotel 3 Days...it's very beautiful and very good position.....10 minute from center so in the evening is very quiet....there is the possibility to admire a beautiful sunset drinking an aperitif on the beach. Beautiful Experience.. ..thank you karma kayak.

Friendly and clean

Our family spent 4 nights at Karma Kayak in Aug17 and we had a good stay: Rooms are simple, but clean and big enough for an extra bed. Bathroom was clean. Staff is friendly and good with kids. The location is great, in the quiet part of Gili T, which is very important during highseason. Beach in front of resort is not easy to access without water shoes, but nice snorkling. This is no luxury accomodation, but a very friendly place to spend your vacation.

Petit hôtel intime. Personnel souriant accueillant toujours prêt à rendre service. Chambre au confort correct. Bon matelas. Très bien pas de tv pour mes ados. Snorkelling devant l'hôtel exceptionnel. Très bon choix

Wunderschöner Strand und tolles Beachrestaurant

Der Strand beim Karma Kayak ist sehr schön und gut zum schnorcheln geeignet - tolles Riff und großartige Unterwasserwelt. Badeschuhe sind empfehlenswert da viele Korallen am Strand liegen. Das Restaurant und die Beachbar ist wundervoll angelegt und gerade auch am Abend zum Sonnenuntergang ein Highlight. Das Personal ist außerordentlich freundlich und sehr zuvorkommend. Gerade die Jungs die sich um den Strand/Restaurant kümmern. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut. Bungalows sind groß und ausreichend eingerichtet. Die Terrasse ist gemütlich eingerichtet und lädt zum verweilen ein. Allerdings waren dort leider viel Moskitos. Im Schlafzimmer fehlt leider ein Moskitonetz und die Klimaanlage war sehr laut. Das Badezimmer müsste renoviert werden. Es sieht teilweise nicht sauber aus. Da das Moskitonetze am Badfenster nicht richtig abschließt hatten wir teilweise Ameisen und anderes Getier im Bad/Schlafzimmer. Alles in allem würden wir dieses Hotel aufgrund der guten Lage und des wunderschönen Strandes weiterempfehlen.

Hübsches Hotel in Strandnähe mit eigenem Riff

Ansich schöne Anlage mit tollem Strand. Leider kein funktionierendes WLAN auf dem Zimmer und Personal kann trotz großer Hilfsbereitschaft, aber fehlenden Englischkenntnissen nicht helfen.

Best hotel on Gili T

Loved it! Great staff, great location, room was beautiful and had everything we needed, breakfast had great options and very filling! The hotel has the best private beach on the island, with comfy bean bags and sun lounges. It was a perfect distance away from the main centre to be quite and peaceful, however only a 20 min walk or 10 min bike ride away! 10/10!!

Sehr schöne Unterkunft alles war super bis auf den Strand sehr viele Algen und abgestorbene Korallen. Dafür war der Sommenuntergang wunderschön. Essen war würklich auch lecker vorallem die Tapas. Das Personal super freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Ökohotel in ruhiger Lage

Das Hotel liegt abseits der Partymeile in angenehm ruhiger Lage und verfügt über einen kleinen Strandabschnitt, welcher sehr liebevoll gestaltet ist. Jedoch zeigen sich auf Gili Trawangan (wie auch auf Bali) die Auswirkungen der Verunreinigung des Meeres sowie der Umweltverschmutzung anhand der vielen Korallenskelette an allen Stränden der Insel. Daher sind Schuhe beinahe unverzichtbar um unverletzt ins Meer zu gelangen. Sehr positiv ist deshalb anzumerken, dass sich das Hotel aktiv für den Umweltschutz einsetzt (Reduktion von Müll, ein Teil der Einnahmen wird gespendet usw.). Die kleinen Bungalows sind zweckmäßig und verfügen jeweils über eine schöne Terasse. Leider sind keine Moskitonetze am Bett angebracht, was auf den Bildern für uns so aussah. Das Essen war in Ordnung, leider keine indonesische Küche. Auf der Insel gibt es keine motorisierten Fahrzeuge, daher sind Pferdekutschen ein gängiges Verkehrsmittel. Diese Pferde werden jedoch viel zu früh für diesen Zweck missbraucht, sodass sie nicht mehr wachsen. Sie müssen enorme Gewichte ziehen, sind sichtlich erschöpft und gestresst und stehen, wenn sie einmal kurz Pause haben, meist in der Sonne ohne Wasserzufuhr. Man kann sich überall Fahrräder ausleihen!
