"Great stay at Sherie’s place. She is very responsive and the place has everything you need to enjoy the lake. We also used some of her recommendations for UTV riding and fishing and they were spot on. Would definitely stay here again."

"Our family had a great week on Long Lake. The house sits on a beautiful part of the lake with wonderful views, a shady deck and nice dock area with a sandy area and lounge chairs for sitting by the water. The water is clear and weed free and had super easy access in and out of the lake. Kitchen had everything we needed to keep us fed and happy. Honestly we had all we needed and truly enjoyed ourselves. A couple of very minor things - no blow dryers in the bathrooms and showers didn’t have shower gel so bring your own. But they did provide lots of towels, good WiFi, smart TVs and plenty of places to chill and indulge in the view! Overall a very enjoyable week on the lake!"

"My husband, 25 year-old daughter and Irented this cottage for eight days due to its proximity to Traverse City but away from the hustle and bustle. Mickey Lake is absolutely precious with so much wildlife, including loons everywhere and bald eagles! It is a true classic cottage with many original features and overlooks the water, if you are looking for a waterfront getaway, you can’t get any closer than this! The beds were comfy and the linens clean the kitchen was well appointed. There was a dock with plenty of space for us to tie off our boat. The fire pit is right down by the waterfront and made for beautiful evenings, sitting and chatting. The gas grill worked great and there were plenty of closets to hang things up. If you are a boater look no further, there is a boat launch about a five minute walk down the street to launch your boat. The Wi-Fi worked great and plenty of comfortable seating in the family room and front porch. I highly recommend this beautiful little corner of Paradise!"

"Our family of five, including 3 middle school boys and our dog, had a great stay! We loved the hot tub (and even got to do a little stargazing :)). It was so nice to have dog bowls and doggy bags, washing machine and dishwasher. The host even had towels at the door for hot tub time! The descriptions were so helpful for our preparations. The host checked on us right when we got in, and she was so responsive and kind when we had questions. We loved how this spot was right between Sleeping Bear Dunes and Traverse City. We had a great time outdoors at both destinations - and so wonderful to come home to a clean and cozy home :)"

Long Lake Waterfront Cottage

"Charming, retro log cabin in a peaceful wooded setting on beautiful Long Lake. Cabin very clean & spacious. Beautiful views and nice patio overlooking the lake. Loons calling in the morning! We enjoyed a lovely week & took fun excursions to Sutton’s Bay, Leland, Traverse City & Frankfort. Had a couple nice cookouts at the cabin and bonfire on the patio. Our Labrador “Guinness” had the best time of all! Highly recommend!"
