"Host is a great communicator. We had all the information we needed throughout the stay, including a really thorough binder of recommendations in the area. Well-stocked kitchen. Close enough to the beach to walk, but the parking pass is helpful. We will stay again!"

"Great house for our girls trip. We each had our own bedroom (5), and there were 4 bathrooms, which made getting ready to go out much easier. The beds were very comfortable, and the house and kitchen were roomy and well equipped.Lovely neighborhood. Lots of people running, walking, and biking. Several small beaches within the community. (no lifeguards)The provided "parking tag" allows you to park at the beaches in the community, but a couple of them are walkable. At the end of the week we thought it may have been handy to rent a golf cart. Maybe next time!The driveway had room for 4 vehicles.We also went to Waterford Town Beach-a short drive. (25 during the week).The home is also close to shopping and dining in Niantic, and a short drive to Old Saybrook and Essex. (which we also visited)One thing we would have liked would be black out drapes in the bedrooms.(there are mini blinds) Also, there are no railings on the deck or back stairs. We were sad to leave!"

"My family and I had a wonderful time and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was very spacious and kid friendly for our four children. My daughters especially loved the collection of books and card games that were provided. John was a very responsive host and helped us with any questions that we had. We loved the two minute walk to the playground and short drive to the beach. We also enjoyed the drive into Niantic and checking out the boardwalk and local stores and restaurants. We had a fantastic week and would definitely book again!"

"This house was the perfect destination for our summer vacation to Niantic and the Connecticut shore. Our family has been camping at nearby Rocky Neck State Park for the past 40 years. The close location of this home was exactly what we needed while vacationing for the first time with our newborn. This was also the very first time we used the VRBO app. This entire process exceeded our expectations. The home was clean, efficient, and we felt very safe having our newborn there for five days. We can’t think the management team enough, who was always quick to respond to our questions. Thank you for helping make our vacation such a memorable and enjoyable one."

"We absolutely loved our stay at this property. The house was exactly what we were looking for—an authentic New England beach cottage, with all of the comforts needed, and a warm, timeless feel that is hard to find. The screened in porch was such a pleasant place to relax and take in the ocean breeze, hard to beat. The location was outstanding—situated in a family oriented beach community with a convenient to walk to the beach, local store, tennis courts, etc. This home exceeded our expectations, and we would not hesitate to stay here again. Highly recommended for anyone looking for an authentic and memorable New England beach getaway."
