"Room was clean, staff was very nice. A few things kept me from giving it 5 stars. One morning for breakfast, the foods that are normally warm with the heating units had not been L& the foods am had gotten cold. The room I had needed something as simple as a towel bar by the one & only sink. Another inconvenience was the step up into the bathroom area. It was something I worried about forgetting it was there in the middle of the night. Everything else was excellent "

"The amenities and location "

"I arrived late and the pin took me to the wrong location but the staff kindly met me and took me to the correct location on foot. The first night it was quite noisy and when I mentioned that, the team offered right away to move me to a larger and much quieter accommodation. The staff was kind, attentive, and professional. The location in zamalek is walkable to so many nearby business. I’d stay here again for sure. "

"The WiFi connection has been unstable since I checked in and today since the morning it is completely disconnected. I informed the hotel many times but it’s not fixed. I work remotely and this is a huge inconvenience and will have to change hotels. DO NOT BOOK THIS PROPERTY. "
