「The staff were helpful and very friendly Although it is not a new building, it was well kept and did not feel unclean. However, towards the end of my stay, I was bothered by the smell of sewage coming from the drain in the kitchenette. I was a little disappointed because it would have been great if they had been more careful in cleaning the invisible areas. I hope for improvement.」

"カイロ市で街歩きを楽しめる感じではなかったので、チェックイン時に勧められたラウンジ利用を申し込みました。朝、昼、夕と少しづつですが食事ができて良かったです。エジプトの食事に美味しさを求めていなかったので満足ですが、食事そのものを楽しみたい方にはオススメしません。ギザのピラミッドまではゴルフカートで送迎してくれ、2分足らずで到着します。11時くらいまでのサービスのようですが、これは最高。ただし、24時間前までに申し込めとされていて、チェックインした時点でその日も翌日の分も締め切られていました。交渉で明日の8:30なら空いていると言われ、そこに申し込みましたが、知っていれば好きな時間に予約したと思います。事前にホテルからのメールで知らされていたのかもしれませんが、なぜか全文が文字化けしていて読めなかったので、確かなことはわかりません。ホテルはとても広く、お庭からはピラミッドが近くに見えます。ホテルの外と中の環境の違いに驚きますが、とても素敵なホテルです。ピラミッド観光するには最高だと思います。"
