Pas bien, pour coucher c'était un canapé, on a acheté un matelas gonflable pour dormir honteux

piscine bien sauf que des personnes plonge ,nous aurions préféré un appartement plus grand a la place d un studio, a cause du canapé-lit obligé d acheter un matelas gonflable bref bien quand même l année prochaine on louera un 2pièces ou 3 pièces sinon tout bien

Mal dormi obligé d acheter un matelas gonflable

Impensable de dormir dans un canapé jai était obligé d acheter un matelas gonflable pour dormir car un canapé lit pas pour nous, pour des enfants oui pas pour des grandes personnes dommage c'était un studio il faut changer le canapé et mettre un lit qui se replis contre le mur..sinon piscine tres bien en plus personnes pour voir l état des lieux avant et apres le loueur devrait se déplacer pour donner les clefs et les reprendre..et redonner la caution..

Das Apartment befindet sich auf der Rückseite eines(10 Etagen)Hochhauses. Es gibt keine Aussicht auf den See.Für Arbeiter auf Montage ideal.Einfache Ausstattung .Bad ist aus den 60 Jahren. Küche ist relativ neu .Nur 2 Plattenherd und Kühlschrank.Relative beengte Verhältnisse , wenn die Couch aufgeklappt ist.Man sollte es nur mieten , wenn man keine grossen Ansprüche hat Die Anlage ist gut ausgestattet , Tennis + Pool sowie genügend Parkplätze. Nachts ist die Anlage durchgehend beleuchtet.

Top Preis-Leistungs Verhältnis

LUI 152 kleines, älteres, aber zweckmäßig eingerichtetes Appartment, kleine Terrasse mit Waldblick; sehr gepflegte Gartenanlage mit gratis Tennisplatzbenutzung (kein Hartplatz), überdachte Tischtennisplatte, Pool ab 1.6. allerdings ohne W-Lan und den Fernseher haben wir auch nicht zum Laufen bekommen; Kaffemaschine und Wasserkocher mit deutschem Stecker und italienischer Steckdose, Adapter musste erst bei der sehr freundlichen Vermittlungsagentur 2 Orte weiterbesorgt werden; Großes Manko: Etliche wichtige Infos erhält man erst NACH der Buchung: Appartmentgröße, Bergblcik, Pool erst ab Juni, das ist nicht sehr Verbraucher-freundlich

Erwartungen erfüllt

Da wir bereits vor unserem Aufenthalt gelesen hatte, dass das Gebäude etwas in die Jahre gekommen sei, hatten wir uns bereits auf etwas ältere Einrichtung etc. eingestellt und wurden doch recht positiv überrascht. Das Bad erinnerte mit seinen bunten Fließen zwar tatsächlich an vergangene Zeiten, ansonsten wirkte das Appartement aber nicht sehr in die Jahre gekommen und war vor allem sehr, sehr sauber. Alle wichtigen Haushaltsgeräte waren vorhanden und es ließ sich dort gut eine Woche aushalten. Auch das Außengelände der Anlage ist sehr schön und man hat einen fantastischen Blick auf den See. Besonders positiv war für uns, dass die Schlüsselübergabe so flexibel und reibungslos funktionierte und so angepasst wurde, dass es für uns am günstigsten war. Etwas negativ war, dass beim Kochen mehrmals die Sicherung herausgeflogen ist, obwohl wir nur eine Herdplatte und den Wasserkocher in Betrieb hatten. Da wir ohne Auto angereist waren (was vom Flughafen Malpensa in Mailand bis nach Luino mit dem Zug sehr einfach geht), mussten wir immer zu Fuß nach Luino oder Germignaga gehen. Das ist im Frühjahr trotz der Steigung kein Problem, für den Hochsommer würde ich es jedoch nicht empfehlen. Alles im allen ist die Unterkunft aber völlig in Ordnung gewesen, das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist klasse!
