The Cocoonr/Book&pay agency offers this charming 45 m² apartment with mountain view for rent in Gérardmer, which can accommodate up to 4 people. Located on the 2nd floor (no elevator), it comprises a 20 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom (with shower and bath). Bed linen included, we're waiting for you!

The apartment is composed as follows
- A 20 m² living room with sofa bed, TV, dining area and sleeping area with a BZ sofa that can be closed with a curtain.
- A fully-equipped kitchen including electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- Bedroom 1: queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bathroom with bath and washing machine
- Separate WC

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, cot, washing machine, griddle, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.

Exterior:
- A 7.5 m² south-facing balcony to enjoy the sunny days.

The apartment is ideally located in Gérardmer, in a very pleasant environment. The town center is no more than a 5-minute walk away, with all the necessary shops, including a MATCH supermarket.

Activities :
Hiking directly accessible, bike paths, lake 200 meters away, swimming pool 10 minutes' walk away, and tennis (registration to be checked). The nearest ski lifts are 1.5 km away, with shuttle buses available nearby.
What's more, Alsace is just around the corner: Colmar is 45 minutes away and the Route des Crêtes 20 minutes by car.

Transportation:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly on the apartment's private parking space. Also public parking 200 meters away.

As for other modes of transport, here's some information you may find useful:
- Nearest train station: Gérardmer bus station 650 m away.

- Towels are not included and can be provided on request, for an additionnal cost of 9€ (rental and payment to be made with our partner on site). Rates are given as an indication and are subject to change by our partner.
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparation of accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.
- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.
- All requests for arrival or departure outside the times indicated are subject to availability of the person in charge of reception. You may be asked to pay a flat-rate supplement on site (arrival between 7pm and 9pm at €40, arrival between 9pm and midnight at €50).
