Chalet Norvosges with stunning view/jacuzzi/game room, charges incl.

Chalet Norvosges is the ideal place for unique moments with family or friends, to the delight of both young and old.
The chalet, built in 2023, is located in a quiet residential area, while being close to the city center (2km), the lake and many walking trails in the forest. It is also situated about 4 km from the ski station la Mauselaine. With its ideal location on a sunny hillside of Gérardmer, you benefit from a superb landscaped plot of 2600 m2 and breathtaking views of the valley and the ski slopes of Gérardmer.

Included in the price are all variable charges such as water, heating, wifi and electricity. We provide bed linens (beds are made before arrival) and one shower towel per person, but no beach towel.

Designed to accommodate 8 people its spacious rooms with a spirit of wood, guarantees the warm and trendy ambience of a typical mountain chalet.
Heating is provided by underfloor heating and a wood stove gives an instant relaxing atmosphere in the winter evenings.

Its interior layout of 180 m2 of living space is spread over 3 levels. On the ground floor you have access to a large entrance hall, a laundry room with washing machine and dryer, a bathroom with shower and toilet, a games room with football table, electronic dartboard, books, toys, board games and a TV. For the adults, a relaxation area awaits you with its loungers and an all year heated jacuzzi, for yo to just sit down, relax and enjoy your holidays.
You also have a garage for one car with storage space for skis/bikes/strollers, and an outlet for charging electric cars 3,7 kW.

The 1st floor offers a large living space with an open, fully equipped kitchen (crockery, oven, vitro hob, dishwasher, microwave, large fridge with freezer, coffee maker (Nespresso krups and filters), toaster, kettle, raclette machine). From the dining room with table and chairs for 8 people, you have direct access to a semi-covered south facing terrace with table, chairs, sun loungers and BBQ (charcoal). The living room is equipped with two comfortable sofas, a smart TV and a wood stove.
On this floor, you will also find a double bedroom (140/200 bed) with en-suite bathroom, and a separate toilet.
Finally, upstairs there are three large bedrooms; two with double beds (160/200) and one with two single beds, a separate toilet and a bathroom with shower, double sink, and equipment for the baby (bath and changing table).

Outside, you have 2 additional parking spaces and a garden. In the summer you might see cows or horses visiting the neighbour field, or you could be lucky to see a fox or a deer looking for food early in the morning.
In the back of the garden you have access to a large enclosed area that is reserved for our two chalets, where the kids can have fun on the trampoline (during summer) and the play structure, while you enjoy a game of pétanque on the boules pitch.
