Le mystère de la fermeture de la chambre jaune

Ensemble très correct. 2 griefs: Chambre à rénovée et sombre. Problème de fermeture de la porte. A part à coup de pied ou d’epaule,n’y avait-il pas une autre façon d’ouvrir la porte. De plus aucun geste de type commercial, pour un 4 etoiles à prix élevé.

L'hôtel est extrêmement bien situé, à 10 mn à pied du centre ville et face au lac : quelle vue splendide !!! L'accueil est parfait, le personnel est très à l'écoute, disponible et très agréable Le chef fait des menus journaliers avec des produits de saison Ma fille et moi avons été conquises.

Belle emplacement mais déçu..

Merci au jeune au homme qui nous a accueilli. Très pro, souriant et agréable. Cependant, pour ce qui est de l’hôtel, nous avons trouvé le rapport qualité/prix un peu élevé. En effet, la chambre était dans son jus, mais la salle de bain était quand même limite.. les fils de l’électricité du mirroir faisant office de lumière sortait du mur un peu n’importe comment et le carrelage au mur blanc ne fait vraiment pas chaleureux, ainsi que la douche ou les portes se déboîtent à moitié en ouvrant et fermant. L’espace détente est correct avec une belle vue. Pour finir, le petit déjeuner.. pour ce standing d’hôtel, nous avons été plus que déçu.. pas grand chose au buffet et des produits vraiment très moyen (croissant trop cuit et sec/ omelette pas top) et chocolat chaud fait « maison » qui a plus le goût de flotte qu autre chose.. Conclusion, belle hotel, accueil sympa, mais déçu du reste.

un long week-end enchanteur

Arrivé le vendredi après-midi pour 2 nuits, très bon accueil. la vue du restaurant et de la terrasse sont magnifiques. Les repas du soir (2) sont excellents et variés. La chambre Nanon est dans les combles, belle chambre donnant sur l''arrière du bâtiment, avec douche et coin vestiaire. Propre et confortablement agencée. Seul regret pour la chambre, assez sombre et pas de vue sur le lac !

excellente impression d'ensemble. Le propriétaire des lieux nous accueille avec attention, alors que nous sommes en avance. le cadre, l'ensemble de l'établissement et de l'environnement nous convient parfaitement. Peut-être une seule critique, le service un peu long au repas du soir alors que nous ne sommes pas nombreux (1h'45) Le personnel est parfait et attentionné. Excellent impression.

Super hôtel calme

Super hôtel et chambre magnifique vue lac avec tout le confort : mini-bar, salle de bain spacieuse avec douche +baignoire, de la place pour poser mallette de toilette, literie de qualité, etc... Personnel aimable et attentionné Dîner excellent (félicitations au chef) 35€ le menu, tarif vraiment justifié, petit déjeuner à 12€ qui, pour moi, est raisonnable. Seul bémol : le tarif du café que l’on a pris le soir après le repas : 8€ LE CAFÉ !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! nous en sommes encore choqués

A wonderful trip to the Vosges!

The area was beautiful and the hotel was great, but it was the staff that it our trip memorable. We had such a great time talking to the "innkeepers" and their recommendations about what to see in the area and things in general was fabulous.
