"Honestly, one of the worst places I have stayed in a while. Check-in was good and staff were helpful. However, from there it deteriorated quickly. The room was dated and very basic. No grill, no toaster, coffee machine was there but there was moldy coffee left in it. Walls had been repaired in a really poor way in places and the equipment was old and not clean. "This was a wonderful hotel with great amenities. The room was very spacious and well maintained. The staff was very accommodating, including assisting with a late checkout. The surprise for me was the great buffet breakfast - there were many options including fresh fruit and juices. Would recommend this hotel if visiting Andorra."

"We stayed for 2 nights. Immediately when we got to the room it was hot and WiFi was not working in the room. Someone was sent to fix air con it cooled down a bit but never to the desired temp and WiFi never worked in room. Went downstairs next morning and complained about WiFi again and they said they had trouble with it on 5th floor and when we got back we could move rooms. Changed rooms and air con was much colder and WiFi worked. Just not sure why they didn’t move us to a floor with working WiFi to begin with. So that was disappointing."

"Very clear is not private parking you need parking in the street and pay. It is not a big deal but for us was because we arrive with reservation at 11 pm and 7 suite cases parking outside was very hard. I did the reservation because was clear about private parking. I ask the staff and he said the parking is full something I did not believe. It is not private parking."

"Perfect location, right next to the heart of town. Helpful staff, the room was spacious and well appointed for it's age. Given an upgrade for the nights stay. I was on a motorbike, I parked on the street, hotel charges 25€. No need, crime is non existent."
