"Overnight stop after international flight. Only complaint concerns pillows on bed...far too thick for a comfortable night's sleep, but late hour and travel tiredness moderated against calling front desk. Would happily stay at this hotel again. Location near airport very convenient."

"We stayed at the Crowne Plaza one night post cruise to be near the airport for an early-morning flight to Canada. Staff were very friendly, helpful and accommodating. We had to leave the ship by 8:15 am and although there were no rooms available when we checked in, they were able to give us our rooms by 11:30 am. Our room was fairly spacious, clean and comfortable and the bed was very comfortable. We had lunch and dinner in Biggles in the hotel and the food was very good. The breakfast buffet had lots of choice and was excellent and there was a separate omelette-making station. The Airport Shuttle provided by the hotel was very convenient and on time although we were glad that we booked it as soon as we checked into the hotel as the shuttle was full at 7:00 am. There is a Aus $12 fee per person for the shuttle which is quite reasonable. As we had already spent time in downtown Sydney, we stayed in the area around the hotel but there is not much to see. The train to downtown Sydney is very close to the hotel."

"Rooms/Bed comfortable. Needed to stay neaer the airport for an early morning flight. Meal options in the area are limited as where the options at the Hotel (Smithys Bar). "

"Convenient location, groceries and restaurants 3 min walk. Clean and comfortable apartment. The only issue for me was the fragrance in the lobby. Being sensitive to fragrances, it was too much."
