A real gem near Genoa

A very nice hotel with staff that are extremely helpful and friendly. They cannot do enough to make your stay enjoyable. The room was spacious and comfortable. The roof top pool and bar are fab and enjoy far reaching glorious views. Breakfast was plentiful and nice. Would definitely come back for a longer stay.

Panoramic Views.

Beautiful views from the hill top position and we were grateful for the funicular lift to sea level. Our first room was poor and needed updating. We immediately asked to be moved which could not happen until the next day. The new room was excellent and worth the money.

Would stay here again!

Nice Hotel. Parking is tricky. Pool Nice looking. Breakfast Buffett excellent! Staff helpful and friendly. Room was spacious and had a nice view of the sea.

The hotel is highly out dated and their parking options are highly inconvenient. All of the amenities are old and not well maintained. For being owned by the same company as the Grand Hotel Arenzano, this property really falls short in terms of upkeep and staff friendliness. Also, if you’re traveling with a kid in a stroller, this is definitely not the location for you.

Excellent spot if you get a 2 bdrm apartment with terrace or a small balcony room with a view. Staff and food was excellent. Communication was poor - check in was a circus. Convention checking out at 3pm while new arrivals are checking in. Parking was a clown show. The lift (get's you to get the town level for the beach, shopping, restaurants etc. was out of service. Water to the town / hotel was off between 8 PM and 9 AM one night. Bad timing for us I guess - but it's a beautiful spot with fantastic views. Staff was as helpful as possible.

The staff doesn’t allow to park next to the hotel, even though the space was available. They keep the space for their own cars not guests. The staff asked us to move our car to the Grand hotel which is 7min walk. Given we are with toddler it was very inconvenient It was so inconvenient we even left one night earlier

We booked the hotel partly because the pools looked nice but they were too dirty to even swim in. The breakfast was bad. The hotel is like a labyrinth. Hard to find around and just one elevator that is reeeeally slow.

The property and service were amazing but my balcony looked out into the tanning deck with plenty of foot traffic making us feel on display while in our room. There was no coffee maker or espresso machine in the room. Valet parking meant they took our car to a lot and then we had to find it later which involved walking through the maze of the hotel. The service at the front desk and with the gentlemen that helped us with our bags was incredible and I have nothing bad to say about them.

Awful experience

The hotel was under renovation and it was noisy and dirty. The restaurant and the bar was combined and the selection was poor. The bed should have been replaced about 15 years ago - as go with the furnitures. We made a complaint at check out and later to hotels.com. When hotels.com contacted the hotel the denied recieving any complaints. There are 2 nice things to say about this hotel: 1: the view from the room was nice 2: the receptionist was fast at check in
