「The grounds were beautiful! Not so much the room! Our headboard was a massive piece of wood attached to the wall; it had dust so thick on it you could write your name in it! There is no sign that directs you to your room once off the elevators; instead the sign is at the opposite end of the hallway. (?) The lobby furniture is old and outdated, thread bare in some spots and missing nailheads in the chairs. The buffet is really good for a great price, the staff is cheery.」

「If you are in Cleveland for an event at the Rocket arena or the baseball stadium there is no better place to stay than at this property. It was a 5 minute walk to the show. The property is very secure and you need a key card to access everything. Take advantage of the parking pass, because traffic and parking is a nightmare. Colin was a good sport helping me with my many questions, the most important thing to do is read the directions before you arrive so you know to pick up the key and parking...
