"The worst front of house experience I had during my entire trip from staff member Zaid. No smile, no hello, not a single word uttered, just a blank stare until we mentioned we were there to check in, which was then followed by the word 'passports'. This man should be working with machines, not people. The 'gym' is a tiny room squeezed to the brim with odd bits of equipment, pretty dated and unusable. The rooftop dining area is also very dated and not a resemblance of the photos. Other than the poor start to our stay here, the rooms were generally clean and comfortable. The property is located well on Galle Road,"

The afternoon tea included three choices of hot food , and a variety of sandwiches. Complimentary happy hour also included three choices of hot food and assorted finger food. The Butler Service assigned for our suite was excellent too."
