「This property is only good for 1 or 2 stay. Unfortunately, we didn’t have a good experience. We stayed for 6 days and the room was not cleaned. .We asked for the bathroom and room to be cleaned as well for towels and it didn’t happened until the night before we left. We had water issues during whole stay. Water pressure and not having hot water. They moved us to another room in which we had an issue with the toilet, then we move back to the original room and the same sheets were on the bed from...

「We arrived late at night and there was no toilet paper. The owner did get back to me fairly quickly to tell me where to find some. The shower had no curtains or door so the water poured all over the bathroom floor and into the hallway. The remotes left for The tv only worked for 1 of the tvs. Parking is terrible. There’s no lot or actual spaces. Just have to park on the side of the street. The room was clean, we only saw 2 cockroaches which I was expecting way more for PR. The pool was clean....

「Hotel is very well maintained and staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good with plenty options. My stay was good enough, except for these three issues, which I informed at my check out: 1- The door for the balcony had the latch blocked or locked. It worried me in case of fire. 2- Didn't had hot or even warm water at the shower. 3- Room was very noisy. Felt all the noise from the traffic in front of the Hotel.」

「Room was ok if you like cold showers as there was no hot water … I notified hotel as soon as I noticed and they said there was no isssues before I checked in …staying for two nights so I asked for one back to find another hotel and they declined .
