You can think of whatever sitting on the retro deck chairs looking straight at the park. Or don't think at all and dream on the bed.

This is a studio loft condo designed for 2 adults to kick back and enjoy the Smokies like it looked in 1974. However, it's totally today with your own private wifi and cable TV. There is a coffee maker and a kitchenette, so you can enjoy a home cooked meal. The condo is located on the 1st of 3 floors. This space features a queen bed built-in next to the window. The wood burning fireplace is available between October 1 and March 31.

This unit is on the 1st of 3 floors. NOTE: There are no elevators in this building and complex. You will need to be mobile enough to use stairs where needed.

*** Indoor Pool Availability: open year round between the hours 900AM to 945PM daily.
*** Outdoor Pool Availability: open in the Spring (generally around March/April, depending on weather) thru at least Labor Day (depending on weather). Please inquire if you questions about avaiability. The pool is heated though it may not be warm enough during colder weather. Guests swim at their own risk.
