We enjoyed our stay here very much. Very clean, comfy, well decorated and stocked with kitchen items for cooking and eating. Close and easy access to main strip in Gatlinburg and close to a trolley stop. We would definitely stay here again!

This place was great for my husband and I. The location is perfect and is a walkable distance to many restaurants and attractions. It sits right by the entrance to the Smokey mountain national park. The patio was a nice bonus to sit out and relax at the end of the day. The condo was just as described in the pictures. Scott was easy to communicate with. I would definitely stay here again.

Absolutely amazing location and views 😉

Perfect location, quiet and plenty of space for 2 to 4 with amazing views. Close to restaurants, shops, Sky Lift and more. We parked the car and didn't use again till we left. We'll be back, my girlfriend from Florida loved the beautiful mountains and wonderful colors.

Cozy condo in a great location

No surprises w/ this condo, everything is just as described. It was cozy and clean and its in a great location. Just a couple min walk and youre on the main strip in gatlinburg. We will definitely book w/ Scott again. Highly recommend.

Nice place right in town

This is a small, but well kept condo. It was clean and just off the main street. It didn't have a lot of high end features, but it is a great place for the price. The balcony looks out onto another building, so you don't get nice views, but if you want that, then you will pay more. If you are looking for a reasonably priced place to stay for your visit, then this is a good place. We had a great visit, and the owner was very easy to communicate with. We would stay here again.

Walk to Everything

The condo is very small. Ok for two people but more would be cramped. The bed was very comfortable and the bedroom was an ok size. Storage was very limited and one night stand was padlocked so you couldn’t use it. The bathroom was a good size. We didn’t plan on doing any cooking but the kitchen isn’t really equipped for that with very limited appliances. I liked the two coffee makers though. The view from the balcony isn’t great but the location is good and we would stay there again.

Optimal Location

I liked that the condo was on the top floor situated on the corner with only one condo beside it and had it's own balcony, so it felt very private. With my kids, I am always mindful about noise, so I felt very comfortable and at ease. With the advantage of it's location, we could easily walk to the strip and avoid having to pay parking fees repeatedly. With the condo being one street over, it was also nice being able to walk and drive on the backside of the strip, not having to drive and walk the strip everytime we wanted to go somewhere; we could access the strip at any point. The condo was a great size for our family of four (9 yo &10 yo)with the king size bed and sleeper sofa. It had just the right amount of space for us. Pools are a must for my kids. It was a plus that it had both an outdoor pool and a heated indoor pool. The outdoor pool was very large, however it stayed relatively cool I assume due to being surrounded by the condos on 3 sides and the amount of direct sunlight that it gets, so we chose the indoor pool more often. The heated indoor pool was nice, but the only drawback was the amount of space to swim in the shallow end. We made it work, but chose to go when there wasn't anyone else swimming in the shallow end. Also, the pool area outside did not have a hot tub like I thought it did from the pictures. It appeared to have been filled in, which was kind of disappointing. The host, Scott, was very polite, very quick and very responsive to our needs.
