We offer a full kitchen with gas range, cooking utensils, full size washer and dryer and even an old-fashioned motorized ice cream maker! We also feature a fenced back yard. Come for the high-speed internet and stay for the charm of our special home away from home! Just a few blocks from Gatesville's historic downtown square and walking distance to the city park.

Quick trip for a work project

My husband and I stayed for a quick work trip. The home is older, but well cared for. There were fans and a solid AC - which fended off the even-hot-for-TX May temps. There were even ice cubes and chilled/filtered water in the fridge when we arrived. A coffee-shop and grocery store are very close by. And it worked great for us as our project destination was only minutes away.

Hot

We got there on Fri, set the thermostat, went out to eat. Got back, and it was warm...but, it was ok. Sat. left for a few hours, got back, and it was hot. Called Tim, he was so helpful, sent out an AC guy, and Natalie was very helpful, went and bought 2 box fans, they helped a little. They have some electrical problems.....Tim refunded our money, which we appreciate very much!! We were in town for grandkids tournament, and I'm sure we will be back one day. I will book again . House is cute, and very clean.
