「Das kleine Häuschen war super ausgestattet und die Übergabe sehr unkompliziert und freundlich. Uns ging was zu Bruch, auch das wurde unkompliziert gelöst. Auch für unseren Hund war es die perfekte Location und er konnte sich frei bewegen. In 10 Minuten ist man am Strand und genügend Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten befinden in der Nähe. 「After a precarious drive up, we were blown away by the views and pool at this property. It is breath taking. There is a wonderful restaurant just up the road and a fantastic town below. Really great place to bring groceries, sit by the pool and relax. We had a fabulous spa day in the town, also. LOVED this stay and hope we can return!」

「We had a wonderful stay with our family with 2 teenagers and dog. The house was really perfect, a beautiful garden with great mountain view. 2 bathrooms, a lovely master bedroom, and a nice room for the boys that overlooked the garden. The house is really complete, all you have to bring is your clothes and toiletries. The host, Anna, is also really nice, we received a very warm welcome, with a basket filled with wine, pasta, cookies and more. Also there was soda in the refrigerator....

Luca, de eigenaar, appt je netjes als hij iets op het perceel zou moeten doen. Bij ons was dat een keertje het zwembad schoonmaken. Niet meer. Het weggetje omhoog en omlaag is keer op keer een avontuur! Let daar wel op als je dit huisje boekt. Een bekraste spiegel en een afgeschraapte onderkant van mijn auto is het resultaat. 「This is a very nice property up on a Tuscan hill with plenty of sunlight and great views. It is sparkling clean, the kitchen is well appointed and the space is very comfortable. 「We loved to stay at casa terra. It is a beautiful house with everything that we needed. The fireplace gives it a very cozy touch and warms the house also on rainy days. The house is placed in the mountains and in a cute small village with a lot of cats. In the valley we could find all we needed, supermarket and pharmacy e.g.. Lucca is a beautiful city but also visiting Florence, Siena, Pisa and Levorno was possible from our place. The hosts are wonderful people and asked whether we needed...

「Das Haus von Elias liegt am Ende einer schmalen, teilweise etwas steilen Straße. In etwas mehr als 5 Minuten ist ist man mit dem Auto in der Altstadt von Arcola, die ein wunderbares Labyrint aus alten Gassen und Häusern am Berg ist (zu Fuß haben wir knapp 15 Minuten gebraucht). Das Haus hat fast alles, was man für einen Ferienaufenthalt braucht. Elias und seine Familie sind hilfsbereit und per WhatsApp gut zu erreichen. Als wir nach einem zweiten Topf gefragt habe, hat Elias ihn am Abend gleich...

「A wonderful place with all amenities and extra little touches. The whole family enjoyed the break at Casa Kennedy and especially the pool. It was remote and peaceful with wonderful views but accessible with a car to get to Pisa, Florence, Siena, San Gimignano, Tenuta Adamo winery and other places if you choose. 「Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich und hat wertvolle Infos gegeben. Die Familie nebenan war relativ laut, um 7h morgens läutete der Glockenturm, sollte man eigentlich schon vorher wissen... Es gab zwar einen Geschirrspüler, aber der war außerhalb des Appartements, das sollte man dazu schreiben. Insgesamt haben wir den Aufenthalt sehr genossen」
