"Amazing property and the best host we have had in all of our travels. The room was beautiful and we had access to a lovely common space kitchen. The location was absolutely perfect as well. "It’s a beautiful place but without modern amenities. It needs work and no where near to the 4 star hotel facilities. Was also charged for an extra cot which was already paid. Read instructions well after booking."

"Super séjour aux Cinque Terre, l'appartement se trouve à 12 minutes environ de la gare de La Spezia, départ en train vers les 5 terres. L'appartement est dans un village typique, calme et avec une terrasse avec vue sur la mer ! Le petit déjeuner est posé devant notre porte à l'heure demandée. Le proprietaire a été trés réactif à toutes mes demandes, via whattsapp. Toutes mes questions ont eu des réponses, merci à lui. Je pense revenir pour découvrir encore cette magnifique région."

"The room was amazing, we got to stay in 302 which was the corner room and it had a great view of the town and the plaza. The bed was comfy and the space was nice for us Americans that are used to bigger spaces. 😅 Would stay here again if we come back to Italy. They were also doing maintenance upkeep on the building while we were there. It was nice to see them keep up with a historic building like this one."
