The Paola Apartment is located on the mezzanine floor of an elegant condominium within a park with centuries-old trees, in a strategic position, close to many tourist attractions, a short walk from the Vittoriale degli Italiani and the Heller Botanical Garden.
Not far, in addition to free and equipped beaches, two of them with the International Reward of quality of the Lake and environmental sustainability Blue Flag 2025, you can take advantage of numerous opportunities for recreation, food and wine, hiking, sports (cycling, tennis, golf, canoeing, swimming), summer shows and pyrotechnic performances.
The 110 m2 apartment offers large spaces to comfortably accommodate up to four people and is equipped with all the accessories and appliances necessary for a comfortable stay: free WI Fi and parking, air conditioning and heating according to the season, Smart TV in the living room and in a bedroom, safe, dishwasher, coffee pod machine, filter coffee maker, moka, kettle, fridge with freezer, electric fan oven and microwave, induction hob, washing machine, iron and ironing board, clothesline and hairdryer .
Located on the mezzanine floor, it is composed of two double bedrooms, one with a separate bed on request, each with its own complete bathroom with window, equipped kitchen, large and bright living-dining area and a comfortable storage closet. Few Kilometers from the apartment You can find attractions like Gardaland, Movieland, Sigurtà Garden Park, Terme di Sirmione and Caneva World.
Through an electric gate with remote control, You enter the shared garden where You can park a car for free. From here a large staircase leads to the entrance door.
Smoking is not permitted and the presence of pets is forbidden.
Following the confirmation of Your booking, You will receive in Italian and English language a proforma rental agreement to sign.
On site You will find the guest book with all the instructions necessary for Your stay, the rules to respect, including the ones for separate waste collection, and useful numbers and addresses.
A few kilometers away are theme parks such as Rimbalzello Adventure (1.9 km), Gardaland, Movieland, Caneva World, Parco Giardino Sigurtà, and Parco Natura Viva, which can also be reached by ferry across the lake, or Leolandia for younger children.
For culture lovers, there are several UNESCO World Heritage sites, such as the cities of Brescia (38 km), Verona (68 km), Mantua (74 km), Padua (146 km), Venice (178 km), and Milan (125 km), easily accessible by car, train from Desenzano del Garda or Brescia, or by bus.
In summer, the "Teneramente" season offers musical performances with international artists in the amphitheater inside the Vittoriale.
For those who love history and nature, a walk among the rock carvings of Valle Camonica or the stilt houses of Lake Ledro is ideal for moments of total immersion in the environment.
For those who prefer to enjoy magical moments outdoors even on summer evenings, the Aquaria spa in Sirmione and the Villa dei Cedri spa in Colà di Lazise offer moments of pure relax.

Kommunikation mit Vermieter super, herzlichen Empfang. Wohnung laut Beschreibug und extrem sauber.Besser kann es nicht laufen mit einer Ferienwohnung. Wir kommen wieder und können diese Unterkunft nur in den höchsten Tönen weiter empfehlen.
