「The check in staff was amazing. She made me feel welcome and answered all my questions. 」

「Parking was easy and was able to park close to room. Room was clean, although it had a moderate musty smell. The pool area was clean and nice, but the lighting was very dark. The breakfast was good, but there was no butter for toast or waffles. The coffee was very good! They did not have plain creamer available, only hazelnut and french vanilla.」

「Very disappointed. Guy at desk when I checked in act like I was interrupting his day by being there. Asked me if I had a reservation, told him yes. He couldn't find anything. The room was in need of better cleaning. Bathtub looked like it hadn't been scrubbed in months. The sheets in the bed were dirty and stained as well. Overall, the motel was not in good shape. When I checked out, there was no one at the front desk so I just left my key and left. I won't be staying here again. 」

「The pool area was not clean at any point. I know customers are mess but this was bad paint off the hot tub floating in the hot tub and pool, towels laying all over the floor and tables, the bathroom had several towels on the floor. Trash by the from desk was full and falling on the floor. We had a suite and the air conditioner was not powerful enough to cool the sitting area. 」

「It was ok but it's extremely remote and I had trouble getting rides to the city when I needed it. They were good to me. English was a little limited, but we managed. Townspeople aren't supportive or nice. The room was fine, but the only way I could get meals was to order from Walmart/spark in another city, which was pricey. It cost me $115 to get a ride service when I left due to the remoteness of the location. Not only that, but I did not have help with my bags and strained my back, which...
