「What a lovely location although there are multiple suites and rooms, from the majority of vistas they are all nestled within the land and discrete. There were issues with the room but we were kindly offered alternatives. Breakfast was included and you couldn't eat enough. The grounds were impressively level given the graduated levels of Maderia's landscape.」

「Excellent hotel stay I had in recent Years. Best location. Lovely sea view Rooms. Superb swimming pool spa facilities. Lovely staff at every point of your stay. Excellent Breakfast varieties, good affordable restaurant for lunch time. Great dinner buffet options. Great location and lot to explore by walking around the Hotel, if you are looking to stay away from Funchal main city centre this is the one. Hardly 10 min drive or €13 euro Bolt Taxi to the Funchal city, € 9 Bolt taxi to the airport....

「The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is right at the ocean front with excellent food, coffee in walking distance. There is paid parking close by butbwe weee able to park free in the hotel parking lot. The lot is small so we may have been lucky.」

「This was a perfect location for a stay in Madiera. Nice view, free parking, and all the amenities anyone could want in the room. So many thoughtful extras like wine, bottled water, shampoo, conditioner, shaving cream, washing machine and drying rack, etc. I would definitely stay again. 」

「This is a beautiful hotel, with a range of pools and an opportunity to swim in the sea. Breakfast overlooking the sea was spectacular. Rooms are lovely and we made the most of the cooking facilities. Staff were courteous and friendly. A lovely week.」

「Good location, not far from Funchal and from the airport. Public bus very near. Rooms are clean and nice (except the ones near the public areas like terraces or stairs very close to the balcony with people coming uop and down). Breakfast was also OK, quite big variety, although similar every day. Swimming pool very small, but direct access to the ocean. Fitness Centre open only till 21.30 during weekdays and till 20.00 on Saturdays and Sundays (It was the most weird and crazy there). Many floors...

「The hotelier is located in the middle of the town. Easy access to anywhere still in a very quiet and relaxing atmosphere. The roof top pool and bar and it's view are excellent. Hotel staff and service are perfect. You will be welcomed with a sparkling wine and invited to a live music with nice aperitif in the evening. A room is also so elegant.」

「One of the top hotels I have ever stayed. The service was nothing less than exceptional. The Reserve was the high end room in this hotel and it was worth every penny. We felt like royalty. From the greeting on the airport tarmac to the wonderful checkin. The housekeeping staff was so amazing. We have really never had this level of perfection in any other place we have stayed.
