「All staff members were super friendly, no matter their position – from front desk to housekeeping, everyone made us feel welcome and safe. The rooms were spotlessly clean, and the hotel's own garden provided fresh air and a peaceful vibe. Even though it was fully booked during my stay, I never felt crowded. My kids could safely run around from our room to the playground without any worries, and they absolutely loved feeding the hotel's alpacas and rabbits – they wanted to interact with them...

「Great place to stay!! The staff was very helpful and the breakfast buffet is amazing!!」

「It was fine」

「Not recommended」

「Breakfast was horrible. No variety of food.」

「Clean room staff」

「I've stayed at many Vienna Hotels, but this one has excellent front desk service and clean, odor-free rooms—truly amazing」
