Without a doubt, Olina, Business Manager, made the difference. Since we arrived she offered sodas to compensate for our short delay at registering. When we needed to collect our laundry from a nearby laundrymat, she sent a driver to do so. Food is very good, not excellent selection, but good quality. Rooms are good enough. I would definitely return.

Friendly Staff, Concierge and Reception were excellent. Elevator attendants always ready to welcome you and guide you. Chinese Restaurant was excellent. The staff at the Clouds Lounge were above and beyond the service expectations mark.
