"We booked a Junior Suite Double which was very spacious. It included a living room area and a separate bedroom and bathroom that created a lot of space. Our room also included a record player and vinyl records were available for use. Our room was clean and well-kept. I just personally did not care for the see-through bathroom door and the lack of privacy it provided. The receptionists also weren't very helpful. We arrived at the hotel at 10AM and was told to come back at 12NN for check-in and when we did, another receptionist told us that check-in was at 3PM. I told her that the prior staff who helped me said we could check in at 12NN but she insisted that we pay a fee for early check-in. We also chose not to have our room cleaned til our third day and even with the "Please make-up room" sign outside the door, they only replaced the towels and took out the trash but left a dirty towel in the tub and our beds unkempt - which we found very unusual. Overall, four stars because the hotel is surrounded by plenty of restaurants and convenience stores and just a walk away from the train station."
