"Right in grand world we were a block from the gondola canals! Greeted with tea and hospitality there was only 2 rooms on our floor so cute! They had painted birds all over the place and breakfast was included both days with lots of options. They helped us with transfers to/from the airport and that was a lot less stress than trying to find a free bus with luggage. Very glad we picked this hotel."

"This homestay is soso, and the kitchen is not clean and cannot be used. When we arrive the homestay, the host said the pervious customer would like to stay one more day and force us change to another homestay for our first day. Oroginally we should have whole apartment. They just give us 2 rooms for the first night and refund $80 for the room they cant provide to us. There are some windows not yet covered in toliet, thats totally unacceptable.There are no compensation for this changes. This...
