"We spent four incredible nights at the Peppercorn Beach Hotel. The hotel's tranquil atmosphere, delicious breakfast, and excellent restaurant made our stay truly special. May, the receptionist, was exceptionally helpful and thoughtful, arranging our visits to Peppercorn Farms and Starfish Beach by boat. We can't wait to return!"

"Hotel is in a nice and quiet location. Within walking distance to shopping areas, shows, and bus stops. However, all linen (bed sheets, blanket, pillow cases, and even towels) were stained, found hairs (long hair and shaved hairs) on bed, shampoo & body wash was really watered down, found two used condoms in the trashcan, rat poop on window seal. Asked staff for extra towels because our towels didnt smell clean and was told he had no more. Cleanliness is questionable here. "

"I stayed here during my time on the island last week. I arrived to the address listed at a round 9pm after my flight, I didn’t utilize the airport shuttle service and upon my arrival, nobody was there for checkin. My mistake as I thought I only had to reach out in advance if I required the shuttle service as it says check in is available until midnight. This quickly got resolved and the manager sent someone to let us in. When the employee arrived, he took us to a different homestay location....
