"It is a good hotel with good location. You can walk to MG road. Restaurant is good.The staff is excellent especially Bikash who went out of his way to help. Their outsourced travel service is a weak link. Transfer from Bagdogra to hotel was disappointing with a rash driver and a small taxi with poor springs that made for a very uncomfortable trip on a bumpy road. We were promised a trip to Tsomgo lake and Baba Mandir but the driver would not go to Baba Mandir. I would look for another travel...

"The room was fine , staff is very caring, breakfast and dinner both very good. The view from the room is decent. The building does not have and heating so it gets quite cold. For the room they provide portable heater.
But the hotel is nowhere near the city center, it is a 25 minute drive to the city center. Also a l9t of construction going on the hotel's street.
